Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By registering an account, accessing, or using the kis918 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the kis918 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different information or not — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

Any false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed. kis918 reserves the right to verify user identity at any time as required for compliance purposes.
Account Security Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
- Notify our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
- Kis918 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access by a third party caused by the user's own negligence.
Users are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access the platform is secure and free from malware that could compromise account security.
Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the kis918 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, and other local payment methods enabled by the platform from time to time. Users are required to use payment methods registered in their own name.
Deposits that have been successfully processed cannot be reversed by the user. In the event of a deposit error, users must contact the support team within 24 hours of the transaction for an investigation to be conducted. kis918 reserves the right to place a hold on transactions suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering.
Withdrawal of Funds
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered in the same user's name. Processing times range from 1 to 24 hours on business days, depending on the payment method and any verification checks required. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification is incomplete or wagering requirements have not been met.
Users are responsible for paying any taxes or charges imposed by third parties in connection with their transactions. kis918 is not responsible for any fees charged by banks or third-party payment service providers.
Platform Usage Rules & Limitation of Liability
Users of the kis918 platform agree not to engage in any unlawful activities, including but not limited to fraud, match manipulation, money laundering, or the use of unauthorised third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure as well as legal action:
- Using bots, automation software, or any unauthorised tools to play or place bets.
- Colluding with other players to exploit vulnerabilities in games or promotional systems.
- Submitting false claims or providing misleading information to the support team.
- Using your account for purposes other than personal entertainment, including reselling platform services.
Limitation of Liability
Kis918 is not liable for any financial losses, service interruptions, or damages arising from technical disruptions, network failures, or circumstances beyond the platform's control. In all cases, our liability is limited to the amount you have deposited in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. The platform does not guarantee that its services will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

Account Suspension & Closure
Kis918 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without notice, in cases of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, a request from law enforcement authorities, or any other legitimate reason deemed necessary by management. Any valid funds in an account closed without cause will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation.
Users may also request to close their own account by contacting the customer support team. All requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
Intellectual Property
All content on the kis918 platform — including logos, text, graphics, interfaces, source code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of the platform and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not replicate, copy, modify, or distribute any platform content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
Where the platform contains links to third-party websites or services, such links are provided for convenience only. kis918 has no control over the content of third-party websites and is not responsible for their privacy policies, terms of use, or content. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of this platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
